It has been several years since 9/11, however I am sure we all still remember it like it was just yesterday. So many innocent lives lost, so many broken hearts and so many children left without a parent one or both parents to raise them.
The events of that day have affected every citizen of the United States in one way or another, so today I am spending the day being thankful for our freedom and proud to be an American.
Happy Birthday to one of my best friends Janice, as well.
